• → The periodic allocation size is weighted by Price and Signals.
• → Achieving entry prices close to the lowest daily prices and highest daily signals.

• 50%: Flash Crash Strategic Limit-Buying.
• → This method opportunistically reserves capital for allocation at key price areas.
• → Targeting long liquidations typically presents the best opportunities.

1. The Swiss AMC

In Switzerland, the regulatory oversight of FINMA is quite strict, making it difficult to access certain things. The main example, particularly relevant at the moment, is that we're not able to buy tokens that are not listed on centralised exchanges.

What are the advantages of the Swiss AMC?

The advantage of a strict regulatory oversight is strong protection against counterparty risks. Our Swiss set-up is as good as it can possibly get in terms of administration, custody, legal protection and bank guarantees. 2. The Cayman Fund

Recently, we have been setting up a hedge fund in the Cayman Islands, in order to complement our current offering. This fund enables us with a complete access to Ethereum's Decentralised Finance, including the ability to acquire tokens not yet listed on centralised exchanges.

The size of the opportunity lying behind these capabilities largely justified starting this second venture, despite the controversial reputation of the Cayman jurisdiction.

In simple terms, this fund can be viewed as a pre-ipo access into early and disrupting blockchain technologies.
